Working with multiple languages in Trackler

Trackler supports Dutch and English. Using tags and workflows, you can automatically offer the right language version of a program to your Trackee, without having to switch manually.

How does it work?

Trackler automatically translates the interface, but content you write yourself — such as forms, messages and schedulers — needs to be created in the correct language. Read more about this in Language settings in Trackler.

To support multiple languages, you work with:

  • Tags on a Track to identify the language

  • Workflows with a language condition to activate the right content

  • Separate forms, schedulers and messages per language

Step 1 — Assign a language tag to a Track

When creating or editing a Track, assign a tag that indicates the language. For example:

  • NL for Dutch-speaking Trackees

  • ENG for English-speaking Trackees

Step 2 — Set up a workflow with a language condition

Create a workflow with the following logic:

If tag contains NL → start the Dutch list If tag contains ENG → start the English list

This way, each Trackee automatically receives the correct version based on the tag you assigned.

Step 3 — Create your content per language

Make sure you have separate versions for each language of:

  • Forms

  • Schedulers

  • Messages in workflows

In each language branch, link the correct versions to the corresponding workflow.
