Help, my Trackee isn’t using Trackler

Noticing your Trackee isn’t really using Trackler yet? No worries — that’s totally normal when introducing new tools. In this article, you’ll learn how to guide them into using Trackler in a friendly and effective way.

Why is this normal?

New tools take some getting used to. Many users fall back into old habits, like WhatsApp or email. That fragments your communication and leads to confusion: “Where was that again?”

What can you do?

  1. Start from the beginning in Trackler
Send your intake form, welcome message, or session overview through Trackler. This helps your Trackee get used to using the platform right away.

  2. Briefly explain why you use Trackler
Give a few clear reasons. (Check out our article with example messages.)

  3. Keep referring them back to Trackler
    For example:
“Thanks for letting me know — would you mind sharing that in Trackler instead? That way, everything stays in one place.”

  4. Make the benefits concrete

    • Personal data stays secure

    • All development-related information in one place

    • One central space for tasks, sessions, communication, and habits

    • A personal online environment to log, plan, and track — all within reach

  5. Emphasize the benefit of being prepared
    Say something like:
“If everything’s in Trackler, we can better prepare for the next session together.”

By handling this calmly and consistently, your Trackee will naturally start to see the benefits. Trackler is designed for ease — so you can focus on the coaching, not the coordination.
