Invoices

Send your invoices within Tracker. This way you do not have to set up an accounting system in addition to Tracker. All under one roof.

Voorbereidende handelingen

  • Go to your company settings and click on Invoices and go to settings

  • Enter the desired information here.

  • Invoice BCC is useful if you want to have the invoice immediately entered by your accountant. Put your accountant in BCC, and he will immediately receive the invoice.

  • Click save.

  • Go to Products and add a product

    • This can be, for example, a coaching session

  • Click on '+ Product' to save it.

  • Enter your subscription details under Subscription. These will then appear on the invoice.

Make an invoice

Now that these settings have been completed, it is time to prepare your invoice.

  1. Choose at 'A' within which Track and for which user the invoice applies.

  2. At 'B', choose a product that you have just created. This is not necessary, you can also manually enter a product here.

    • Add rows for multiple products

  3. Adjust the general text at 'C' if you would like to do so for this specific invoice.

    • If you adjust the text here, it will not change in your settings.

  4. Click on 'Create invoice' to save it. Please note, it has not been sent yet.

Send invoice

  • Choose to send the invoice via the Invoices module, see image below, or…

  • Choose to send the invoice in a Track.

  • Has the invoice been paid? Then mark it as paid under Invoices. This will also be seen by the recipient.
