The Media Library in Trackler is your central place to store, manage, and organize media files — such as images or documents used for branding, forms, e-learnings, and other content.

Media Library in Trackler

The Media Library allows you to manage all your media files in one central place within your workspace. Use it to upload and organize images, documents, and other files for your Trackler content.

You can find the media library via:
Settings → Media Library


What can you do with the media library?

  • Upload files: Add images, documents, and other supported media types

  • Create folders: Organize files by topic or content type

  • Reuse media: Files can be reused across workflows, e-learnings, and more

  • Track changes: See when a file was uploaded or last modified


Uploading files

  1. Click the “Upload” button

  2. Select a file from your computer

  3. The file will appear in the list with its name and timestamp

Supported file types include JPG, PNG, PDF, and more.


Adding folders

Use “Add Folder” to structure your library. For example, you might create folders for:

  • Client-specific files

  • Marketing visuals

  • General documents (like intake forms)

Folders help keep your library clean and easy to navigate.


Where media can be used

Uploaded files can be used in:

  • E-learnings (images, downloads)

  • Forms

  • Email templates (coming soon)

  • Tracks and workflows
