Switching to Trackler 2.0 (TracklerPro)

Trackler 2.0 is a completely new environment, designed to help you run future coaching trajectories professionally. Your old environment is not automatically migrated, but you can now import your v1 tracks yourself via a built-in integration.

What does this mean in practice?

TracklerPro is not an update of your existing environment — it's an entirely new platform. Good to know:

  • Your login credentials are different — you'll receive a new invitation for TracklerPro

  • Trackler 1.0 remains available to finish any ongoing trajectories

  • Your v1 tracks can be imported via the Trackler v1 integration (see below)

Importing your v1 tracks

You can import your tracks, leaders, tags, and participants from Trackler v1 into TracklerPro. Here's how:

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations

  2. Click Trackler v1 under Shared integrations

  3. Click Import Legacy Tracks

After the import, your v1 tracks appear as real tracks in your TracklerPro environment, alongside your new tracks. Opening an imported track will automatically redirect you to the corresponding view in v1.

The import is safe to run multiple times — no duplicates will ever be created.

What gets imported?

  • Tracks (name, status, tag)

  • Track leaders (matched by email address, or created as a new account if they don't have one yet)

  • Tags per workspace

  • Participants (as a snapshot: name and email)

What does not get imported?

  • Forms

  • Automations

Want to transfer specific forms or automations? Send us a list or a link to your existing automation and we'll set it up for you within 48 hours.

How long will Trackler 1.0 remain available?

Trackler 1.0 will remain available for the foreseeable future. Please note: once a track is archived, the Trackee can no longer reopen it themselves. They will receive a message with instructions to contact their coach to start a new trajectory.
