Display submitted booking questions in emails or track messages

Use the Booking questions and answers datatag to automatically add a clear table to emails or track messages. This gives you a quick overview of what someone filled in when scheduling a session or conversation.

What does this feature do?

This datatag adds a question-and-answer table to emails or track messages that are sent when a session is booked. The table displays:

  • All questions set up in the scheduler

  • The answers provided by the participant

  • Multi-line responses are shown clearly

  • Empty fields are still displayed, just without an answer

When to use it

This feature is available in Workflows triggered by the action Scheduler booked. You can use it in:

  • Automated emails to coaches or participants

  • Track messages shared within your team or organization

How to add the tag

  1. Open a Workflow with the trigger Scheduler booked

  2. Add an email or track message to the workflow

  3. Open the message and click the tag icon

  4. Select Booking questions and answers from the list

  5. Save and activate the workflow
