With the TracklerPro Forms skill for Claude, you can generate a new form or convert an existing one and import it directly into TracklerPro within minutes.
Step 1: add the skill to Claude
Download the skill via this link and save the file to your computer.
Open Claude and go to Settings > Skills. Add the downloaded skill by uploading the file.
Step 2: start a new chat
Start a new chat in Claude. Add the skill to the chat by typing /forms-document-to-import-json.
Step 3: create a form
You have two options:
Convert an existing form
Drop a Word document or Google Form export into the chat and ask Claude to convert it into a TracklerPro form.Generate a new form
Describe the form you need in the chat. For example:
You are a skilled leadership coach. When you get a new client, you want to ask the client to fill in an intake form with in-depth questions. Create the form using /forms-document-to-import-json
Claude generates the form and produces a zip file.
Step 4: download the zip file
Download the zip file Claude generated to your computer.
Step 5: import into TracklerPro
Open TracklerPro and press I and F on your keyboard. The import window opens. Upload the zip file and your form is immediately available in your environment.
