An LMS or e-learning (Learning Management System) is used to manage and support learning processes. This can be used, for example, by educational institutions to manage and present their courses to students, or by coaches to provide education and training to their clients, clients and coachees.
E-learning in coaching
There are several ways e-learning can be used in coaching. For example, it can be used to provide training to coachees, or to help coaches manage their coaching journeys.
E-learning can also be used to present coaching material to clients, such as videos, texts and exercises. This material can then be used to help coachees develop their skills and improve their performance.
Finally, e-learning can be used to track and assess the learning process of coachees. For example, coachees can take tests or submit assignments, and receive feedback from a coach on their performance.
How do we use e-learning within Trackler?
Like everything within Trackler, we work around the communication between Track Leader and Trackee: the Track. From the Track, courses can be shared, followed and progress can be viewed.

You can view the step-by-step process of creating a course here. Both as a Track Leader and Trackee.
How do you add a course to a Track?
Go to your Track
Text field -> "+ Add"
Click on the plus sign at the bottom left
Choose 'Course'
How do you view a course in a Track?
View the course by clicking on 'Courses' in the filter, where you will see an overview of the available courses.
How can you release courses to certain Trackees?
Give your course a tag by editing it and clicking on an existing tag at the bottom of the page or creating a new tag.
Only your Tracks that contain the same tag will see this course in the overview.
How can this be used?
A coachee purchases access to the course via a payment page on your website.
They will then receive an invitation for a Track in an automatic email.
This URL invitation can immediately contain a tag that matches the tag of the course.
Via an automation that has already been set up (which can be made extremely personal), you can then ensure that a welcome message is sent in the Track to which the course is added as an attachment.
You can set up the above once, and your new coachees or customers can get started with the course without any manual intervention.
