You can now invite your coachees, clients, customers, employees, (Trackees in short) with a URL link.
Create URL
You can still send an invitation the regular way, namely by adding your Trackee in the Track. In addition, you can now also share a URL with your Trackee, so that it is automatically added to the Track.
Here we zoom in on option 2: the URL. Below is a short step-by-step plan so that you can send URL invitations in no time.
How do I create a new link to share?
Click on '+ New Link' and select a tag if desired
This is useful if you want to start an automation.

Please note, a Track Leader has a separate link, which you have to create on the right under 'Invite Track Leaders'
Your Trackee can click on the link and immediately create a new profile within Trackler, or log in with his/her existing Trackler profile
Your Trackee accepts the invitation and is welcomed in the Track.
Don't have a Track yet, but want to invite Trackee?
Then you can do this by clicking on 'Share' in your Track overview. Your Trackee will then receive an invitation, can create a profile (or log in if the profile already exists) and will immediately end up in a new Track.
Workspace user invitations via URL
You can also share your Workspace with a member/administrator, via a URL link. Invite a user through your company settings. Please note, you have one user per subscription. Multiple users means multiple subscriptions. Do you want to add a less active type of user, for example someone who only watches for administration? Let us know.
