Programs

Create a standardized program, with milestones to be checked (automatically or manually).

Programs is a feature to pre-share your coaching trajectories or programs with your Trackee. This way, you make clear what the other person can expect and what milestones are in the program.

You can choose to automatically check off a Milestone or do this manually.

Example of a program:

  1. Introduction

  2. Intake Form & Wheel of Life

  3. Wonder Letter

  4. Appointment #1

  5. Reflection #1

  6. Appointment #2

  7. Reflection #2

  8. Appointment #3

  9. Evaluation

  10. Evaluation Form

We've designed the feature so that you can set it up the way you want.

How do I create a Program?

  1. Go to Company Settings.

  2. Click on Programs.

  3. Click on +Create program.

  4. Give your trajectory a name, for example: Phase 1.

  5. Provide a description.

How do I create a custom Milestone?

  1. Click on +Add Milestone.

  2. Give the milestone a name, for example: Induction.

  3. Select Custom under "Mark as completed when..."

  4. Specify when this milestone can be checked off, for example: After the induction meeting has taken place.

How do I create an automatic Milestone?

To create an automatic milestone, choose one of the given options under "Mark as completed when..."

Milestone for when two forms have been submitted:

  1. Click on +Add Milestone.

  2. Give the milestone a name, for example: Intake Form & Wheel of Life.

  3. Choose when you would like to mark the task as completed, e.g., Form submitted.

  4. Choose under which conditions you would like this to happen. In this case: Amount of submissions finalized.

  5. Select Equals.

  6. Choose 2.

Milestone for when an appointment has been made:

  1. Click on +Add Milestone.

  2. Give the milestone a name, for example: Appointment created.

  3. Choose Appointment created under "Mark as completed when..."

  4. Under "When," specify under which condition the milestone should be checked. In this case: Always.

  5. Once you've fully set up your trajectory, click "Save" in the upper right corner.

How do you link the Program to a Track?

  1. Go to Track settings in the Track and scroll all the way down.

  2. Click on +Add Programs under "Programs".

  3. Choose the name of your Program, in this case: Phase 1.

  4. Click Add program.

Where can I see the Program?

Next to the Track name, you will now see a light grey circle. The circle will fill with color for each completed milestone.

You can also find the Programs circle in the track at the top right, next to the calendar.

How can I manually check off a milestone?

  1. Click on the circle.

  2. Click on the checkmark next to the milestone to be checked.

  3. Click Check.

Adapt a Program on Track level

To change a Program on Track level:

  1. Open the Track

  2. Go to Track settings

  3. Scroll to 'Programs' en klik op 'Edit'.

All changes that you do, are only visible in this Track.

The original Program stays unchanged.
