Notifications help you stay up to date, but you should be in control. Here’s how to adjust how and when you receive Trackler notifications — on both iOS and Android.

iOS (iPhone or iPad)

  • Go to Settings

  • Tap Notifications

  • Find and select the Trackler app

  • Toggle ‘Allow Notifications’ on or off

  • Choose how notifications appear:

    • On the Lock Screen

    • In Notification Center

    • As banners (temporary or persistent)

  • You can also manage sounds, badges, and notification style

  • Optional: use ‘Scheduled Summary’ to group notifications at specific times

Android

  • Open the Settings app on your phone

  • Go to Apps or Apps & notifications

  • Find and select the Trackler app

  • Tap Notifications

  • Turn notifications on or off

  • Adjust notification categories (like messages or reminders), depending on your device

  • You can also control whether notifications make sound, vibrate, or appear on the lock screen
