Creating a note
You’ll find notes in the Track under the Notes tab. Click Create Note to get started.
Write your content in the editor on the left. You can add blocks (like headings, text, bullet points) by typing ‘/’**.
Adding documents to a note
In addition to text and images, you can also place documents inside a note, such as PDFs, Word files, assessments or reports. The document becomes part of the note itself, so all context stays in one place.
Open the note and place your cursor where you want to add the document.
Add the file using the attachment option in the editor.
The document appears directly in the note and is saved automatically.
You can add multiple documents to the same note and alternate them with text. Adding documents also works in the Trackler app.
Who can see the document follows the visibility of the note.
If the note is set to Only me, your Trackee will not see the document.
Please note: a file can be up to 30 MB. If your file is larger, you will get a message that the upload failed.
Setting visibility
For every note, you decide who can view it:
All Track members – visible to both Trackees and Track Leaders
Track Leaders – visible only to facilitators
Only me – private, visible only to you
Click the visibility icon in the top right corner of the note to adjust this.
Tip: Use a clear title and pin important notes to the top using the menu in the top right.
Sharing notes in the Track
Want to actively notify someone about a new note? You can share it in the Track chat:
Open the chat within the Track.
Click the plus icon (+) below the input field.
Choose Notes and select the note you want to share.
This adds the note as an attachment in the chat, so the Trackee or colleague can access it directly.
