Sites

With Sites you build a complete website for your matching platform or coach portal. You work with blocks, static and dynamic pages, a library for reusable blocks and a style editor for your brand.

With Sites you build a complete website within TracklerPro. Think of a matching platform, coach portal or product catalogue. You work with blocks that you assemble per page, and you manage everything from one editor.

You can find Sites via Settings > Sites.

Creating a site

  • Go to Settings > Sites.

  • Click Create site.

  • Give your site a name and save.

The site automatically receives a staging domain. You can connect your own production domain later via the site settings.

The editor

Every site has two tabs: Design and Settings.

In the Design editor you work with sections accessible via the left sidebar:

  • Pages an overview of all pages on your site, divided into static and dynamic pages.

  • Library here you save blocks that you want to reuse across multiple pages. You recognise a library block by the library icon. When you edit such a block, that change is applied everywhere the block is used.

  • Style here you set the brand colours for your site, such as primary colour, secondary colour and title text colour.

Pages

A site consists of static and dynamic pages.

  • Static pages are fixed pages such as the homepage, an overview page or an information page. The homepage is always marked as Home and has no slug. All other static pages get their own slug that determines the URL of that page.

  • Dynamic pages are pages that are automatically populated based on data, such as a profile page. The URL of a dynamic page contains the slug of the relevant profile. This way every coach automatically gets their own page based on the same layout.

Click Add to create a new page. Drag blocks onto the page to build the content.

Blocks

Every page is built with blocks. Blocks are content components such as a Hero, Grid, Steps, Section or Navigation bar. You add a block by clicking the plus icon between two existing blocks.

Library blocks, such as a main menu, are managed in one place and appear everywhere you have added them.

Dynamic data

On dynamic pages such as a profile page you can link blocks to profile data. You select which data field should be displayed in a block, such as the profile photo, name or description. The example in the editor shows a sample profile. On the live site each page loads the data of the relevant profile.

Publishing

You publish a site to Staging or Production via the Publish button in the top right. Staging is used to test changes before they go live. Production is the live version on your own domain.

Site settings

Via Settings in the editor you configure the following:

  • Site name the internal name of your site, only visible within TracklerPro.

  • Languages add the languages your site supports. One language is always primary and serves as the fallback language.

  • Domain your site automatically receives a staging domain. Add your own domain here to publish your site to production.

Frequently asked questions

  • Can I set up a menu differently per site?
Yes, a menu is a generic library block in which you compose links yourself. You manage it in one place, but you can adjust the content per site.

  • Does every coach have their own fixed profile page?
No, a profile does not have a fixed page. Profile information is loaded into the layout you set up for the dynamic profile page. That layout applies to all profiles within the site.

  • Who fills in the profile information?
Users can do this themselves via My Profiles, or an administrator can do it via the profile overview in the Profiles app.
