Trackler stands for Tracking Butler. The coaching software for coaches, which fully supports you to take your coaching processes to a higher level.

Niles
Service = key, which is why we created Niles. Or whatever you want to call him or her.
You can call the butler with “Hey Niles” or “Hey butler”. You can adjust the name and title in the company settings, so that you can make it custom to your liking.
When you summon this digital butler, it asks if you want to know what it can do. If you answer 'Yes' to this, you will receive an example of how you can enlist help.
Niles is still in training, and only answers correct questions that fit into his dictionary. But he learns quickly, so the more he is called in and by more people, the more he will be able to do!

Please note, your Trackee will also receive these notifications if you apply this in a Track that also contains your Trackee.
You can always create a Track for your personal notes. A 'Notes to Self', as it were.
Finally, the butler in the background acts as your back office. All automatic emails linked to reminders for appointments are sent out by the butler. When you have access to the Habit Tracker, your Trackee can keep track of his or her habits. Every day the butler will send a reminder to optimally stimulate personal and professional growth.
Change name, title and image
If you want to change the name, title or image of Niles, you can. Go to your account – company settings –> butler and make the changes.
Please note that your coachee will also see this name, title and image in reports from the butler.
Would you rather not use Niles?
Niles cannot be turned off completely, but can be set individually.
So you can check/uncheck habits per habit, you can uncheck reminders for appointments and all reminders in the future can be deleted. Read more about that in this article.
The future of Niles
Since service is important to us and we want to make it as easy as possible for you, we will continue to develop Niles, so that you will soon be able to give Niles assignments such as:
After each session I would like a reminder to take a note.
A week after a session I want to send my Trackee a reminder that I would like to receive a reflection.
Automatically send a feedback form to the Trackee two weeks after the last session.
After completing a trajectory, ask every 6 months how the Trackee is doing until the track is active again.
These suggestions allow you to optimize your own needs and those of your Trackee very specifically per Track and coaching process.
