Niles, the butler
Trackler stands for Tracking Butler — which is why we’ve introduced our digital assistant Niles. He appears as the sender of reminders and notifications, both for you and your Trackees. You can customize his name, title, and avatar in your workspace settings.
What does Niles do?
Niles supports you by displaying automatic updates and notifications in your Track. These include:
Appointment reminders
Automatically generated messages or progress updates
Notifications for your Trackees about relevant activity in the Track
Customizing Niles
Go to your Workspace settings → Butler to personalize Niles:
Name: e.g. “Team Trackler” or your own name
Title: e.g. “Coaching Assistant” or “Digital Team Member”
Image: upload a custom icon or logo
These changes will appear in all notifications Niles sends to you or your Trackees.
