Track Statuses

Track statuses help define the phase a Track is in — such as Lead, Active, or Completed. Use statuses to organize workflows, automate processes, run reports, and control pricing based on progress.

Track Statuses in Trackler

Track statuses let you define what stage a Track is in. They help you maintain clear overviews, generate reports, and streamline your workflow. Think in terms of phases like Lead, Active, Paused, or Completed.

You can manage statuses via your Workspace settings → Track Statuses.

What are Track Status Groups?

Track statuses are divided into predefined status groups, such as:

  • Lead – For potential Tracks in the early stage

  • Onboarding – For newly started Tracks (affects pricing)

  • Active – For ongoing or currently active Tracks (affects pricing)

  • Paused – For temporarily suspended Tracks

  • Completed – For successfully finished Tracks

  • Cancelled – For Tracks that were stopped or discontinued

  • Archived – For historical or closed Tracks

Each group has its own color and purpose. Within each group, you can create one or more custom statuses.

Adding new statuses

  1. Go to the appropriate status group

  2. Click the plus icon

  3. Give the new status a name (e.g. “Intake Scheduled,” “Awaiting Feedback,” or “Extended Support”)

  4. Optionally, adjust the color or other settings

You can then manually assign these statuses to any Track.

Why use Track Statuses?

Track statuses are useful for:

  • Overview – Quickly see where each Track stands

  • Automation – Trigger or stop workflows based on status

  • Reporting – Filter by status groups like “Active” or “Paused”

  • Pricing models – Certain statuses (like Active or Onboarding) can impact billing in Trackler
