Use appointment types in Trackler to categorize your meetings with icons, colors, and descriptions. Helps keep your sessions structured and easy to recognize.

Appointment Types in Trackler

Appointment types in Trackler help you create and organize different kinds of meetings—like walk-and-talk sessions, check-in calls, or video coaching. Each type can have its own name, color, icon, and description, making it easier to identify appointments at a glance.


1. Where to find Appointment Types

Go to the left-hand menu and navigate to Meetings > Appointment Types.
Here you’ll find an overview of all existing types created within your workspace.


2. Creating a new Appointment Type

Click the Create button to add a new type. You’ll be asked to fill in:

  • Icon – Optional, for visual clarity

  • Name – For example: “Walk Coaching” or “Intro Call”

  • Description – A short explanation of the appointment type

  • Color scheme – Pick a color to match your brand or theme

Click Save to confirm.


3. Overview and available actions

The overview shows the name, description, color, and icon for each type.
Use:

  • Search bar – to quickly find an appointment type

  • View options – to show/hide or sort columns

  • More options menu (⋯) – to Edit or Delete an appointment type

⚠️ Deleting an appointment type is permanent and cannot be undone.


4. Why use appointment types?

  • To make your calendar and meeting lists easier to read

  • To distinguish between different coaching formats or workflows

  • To improve clarity for your Trackees when scheduling or preparing
