Branding vs Track Design

Branding defines the overall look and feel of your Trackler environment. Track Design lets you give each individual Track its own visual style, tailored to the journey or the Trackee.

Updated over a week ago

In Trackler, you can configure both Branding and Track Designs to shape the user experience for your Trackees. While both are visual, they serve different purposes.

Branding

Branding is your organization’s visual identity across the entire Trackler platform. These settings apply to all Tracks and users in your environment.

You can set things like:

  • Your organization’s logo

  • Primary brand color

Purpose: To create a consistent and recognizable brand experience throughout the platform.

Track Design

Track Design applies to a specific Track. It allows you to give each Track a unique look and feel.

Per Track, you can customize:

  • Background image

  • Accent colors

  • Track logo

Purpose: To match the design to the context, content, or Trackee. Useful when working with different clients, programs, or audiences.

In short

Use Branding for your organization-wide appearance, and Track Design to visually customize individual Tracks.
