What can you do with a Track?

Within a Track, you invite participants, activate the tools you need, and manage the full journey from start to finish. Everything is collected in one place, helping you stay organized and work efficiently.

Inviting users

You can invite one or more people to a Track. For example:

  • Trackees – the clients or coachees you’re guiding

  • Track Leaders – colleagues or other team members supporting the process

They’ll get access to the Track as soon as they’ve been invited.

Activating apps in a Track

Each Track can be customized with the apps you need. You can always add or remove them later. Available apps include:

  • Forms – collect input or feedback

  • Meetings – schedule and manage sessions

  • Notes – document notes or session summaries

  • Onboarding – guide Trackees through their first steps

  • Programs – structure the journey into clear steps

Adding widgets

Widgets make key information easy to access at a glance. You can add widgets for things like:

  • Upcoming meetings

  • Forms

  • Internal or shared notes

This keeps the Track clear and visually organized for everyone involved.

Who can see a Track?

Only invited users can access a Track. You decide who has access and which apps are visible to them.

Why work with Tracks?

Tracks help you stay organized, bring structure to your workflow, and offer a clear overview at any moment. Everything lives in one space, so you can stop switching between tools and focus fully on supporting your Trackee.

Track Designs

Give each Track a visual identity with its own color, logo, and background. Match the style to your brand, client, or the type of journey you're offering. Read more in this article.
