Track Designs in Trackler
Track Designs let you give each Track a unique appearance. You can customize the color, logo, and background image — perfect when working with different clients, programs, or brand styles.
You’ll find this feature under:
Settings → Track Designs
Why use Track Designs?
Track Designs allow you to:
Match the style of a Track to your client or brand
Visually distinguish Tracks by program or session type
Create a more personalized and consistent experience for Trackees
Creating a new Track Design
Click “New design”
Fill in the following fields:
Name
This is for internal use only — e.g. “Blue – Default”, “Outdoor Coaching”, or “Client Acmea”Primary color
This color is used for buttons and accents in the Track. Click the color wheel to choose.Logo
Upload the logo that will appear at the top of the Track.Background image (optional)
Upload a background image to further personalize the design.
Click Save
Applying a design to a Track
Once saved, you can apply your design to any Track.
Do this in the Track settings, under the section Track Design.
Example use cases
By client – give each client their own branded experience
By program – visually separate 'intake', 'coaching', and 'e-learning'
By session type – use color schemes for 1-on-1, group, or feedback sessions
