What are shared documents?
Shared documents are files that are uploaded and shared within a Track.
For example:
PDFs
Worksheets
Overviews
Other important files
Where can you find shared documents?
All shared documents are grouped in one central place within the Track.
Follow these steps:
Open the Track
Click the settings icon (⚙️) in the top right
Go to Shared documents
Here you will see an overview of all documents shared within the Track.
Who can view shared documents?
Currently:
Only Track Leaders can see the full overview of shared documents
Other participants only see documents that are shared with them within the Track
When should you use this overview?
The shared documents overview is useful when you want to:
quickly find all files within a Track
keep an overview of shared content
manage or review documents
