When you set up a condition in a workflow, TracklerPro automatically shows available options for the value field. You no longer need to know exactly how a milestone or session is named in the system.
How it works
Add a Condition to your workflow or open an existing one.
Select the field and operator, for example Milestone > Is equal to.
Click the value field. A Select value popup opens.
Click Suggestions to see the available options, such as program sessions or milestones.
Select the value you want and click Apply.
Frequently asked questions
Do I always see suggestions? Suggestions only appear for fields where options are available, such as milestones or sessions. For free text fields the input remains a standard text field.
Can I also type a value manually? Yes, you can type directly in the value field to filter the list, or enter a custom value if the field allows it.
