When setting up a condition in a workflow, you can filter on a specific form. Always use the Form ID instead of the form title. The ID is a fixed, unique data tag linked to a form that never changes, even if you rename the form later.

Frequently asked questions

  • Why not use the Form title?
The title is the name you give a form yourself. If you change that name later, the workflow will no longer recognize the form and the condition will stop working correctly.

  • Can I find the Form ID in the form settings?
Yes, the ID is visible in the URL when you open a form in TracklerPro.
