Who do you need?
You need someone with the role of Microsoft 365 administrator or Global Administrator within your organisation. This is usually someone from the IT department.
Not sure who that is? Check with your manager or IT colleagues.
What that person does
Forward this article to your administrator. They carry out the following steps:
Go to the Microsoft Entra admin centre: entra.microsoft.com
Navigate to Identity → Applications → Enterprise applications
Search for Trackler
Open the application and go to Permissions
Click Grant admin consent for [organisation name]
Confirm in the pop-up window
Trackler is not showing in the list
First go through the connection flow in Trackler via Settings → Integrations, even if it ends in an error message. After that, Trackler will appear in the Microsoft Entra admin centre.
