Connecting your Microsoft Calendar

Connect your Microsoft calendar to Trackler to automatically sync scheduled sessions. If you're using a Microsoft 365 account through an organisation, your IT administrator may need to grant permission first.

Setting up the connection

Go to Settings → Integrations and scroll to Private integrations → Calendar.

  1. Click + Add new integration

  2. Select Microsoft Calendar

  3. Sign in with your Microsoft account

  4. Grant Trackler permission to read and write your calendar

  5. The connection will appear as active in your overview


Error: admin approval required

Seeing the message "Admin approval required" during setup? Your Microsoft 365 organisation does not allow users to connect apps independently. This is a setting within your organisation, not an issue with Trackler.

What to do:

  1. Contact your IT administrator or Microsoft 365 administrator

  2. Share this article with them: Grant admin consent for Trackler

  3. Once the administrator has granted permission, repeat the steps above


Checking your connection status

After a successful connection, Microsoft Calendar will appear as active in your integrations overview. If it shows Broken, remove the connection and go through the steps again.
