Did you know that small habits can change your life incredibly?

To help everyone build and maintain small habits, we've added a Habit Tracker to Trackler. This way you can easily keep track of all your habits and you can check them off daily. Because who doesn't like putting that check mark :).

We specifically chose to integrate the habit tracker as a new online tool to deliver more value to your Trackee on the one hand, and a way to bind customers to you for free on the other.

Delivering added value to your Trackee

How nice is it if you can make your coaching sessions more qualitative? Or that you achieve better results with it? I have noticed that since I use specific knowledge from the habitual learning, my Trackees get better results. From the start it is a method to engage them directly with their personal growth. And they immediately experience that the sessions also yield results in practice. A win-win I would say.

Connect customers to you for free

If you opt for a package with multiple Tracks and therefore Trackees, you can encourage a (large) group of people to use the Habit Tracker for free. These people are directly linked to you, which can easily generate extra business. Want to know more about this? Then please contact us.

How does the Habit Tracker work?

  • Go to your Track

  • Text field -> "+Add"

  • Click on the plus sign at the bottom left

  • Choose "Habit"

  • Add an already set habit to the track or create a new one. For now we continue with '+ New habit'

  • Give your habit a title and a start date (start today if you still can!)

  • Select which user of the track this habit applies to

  • And a habit must of course be repeated.

  • If you opt for day overview, you can choose the days of the week (preferably every day!)

  • If you opt for a monthly overview, you can be reminded on a weekly basis, for example

  • Create habit

  • Add text if desired.

  • Send in the track!

Overview of the Habit Tracker

The created habits can be found on the left in the filter system at the arrows. There you can also edit and view them so that you can tick that box.

The beauty of this setup is that when you go to the Habit Tracker, you will see one overview of the habits made by your Trackee. If, as a coach, you also focus on accountability, this is a top method for providing insight into the results. See the image below as an example.

Good luck!
