Onboarding

Onboarding helps to give your coachees a soft landing in a Track. Share a video, ask some questions and provide all necessary information.

Give your coachees a soft landing in a Track by adding onboarding.

Onboarding template

You can now add onboarding templates from the dropdown window of your workspace. If you add an onboarding template, you will get a recognizable screen: the same screen as with Forms.

Create a questionnaire, share information using videos,... Everything to give your coachee or request the necessary information before your coaching process starts.

Add onboarding to Track

Add an onboarding to the Track by scrolling to Onboarding in the Track settings. Here you can add created templates to the Track.

You can link an onboarding to a user from the Track settings. Here you can select existing users in the Track as well as invited users.

When the user then enters the Track, this user will see the onboarding questions.

Fill in onboarding

The user to whom the onboarding is assigned can complete it when opening the Track and submit it.

Onboarding results

Answers entered during onboarding fill the metadata of a Track.

You can add a specific 'Meta key' during onboarding. The answer will then be found in this specific key. If you do not enter anything, this will be a slugged version of the question/title. (My Title then becomes my-title)

If you have multiple onboardings with the same questions/keys, these will be overwritten in the metadata.

Automations

You can also work with Onboarding in Automations.

  • Trigger: When an onboarding is completed

  • Action: Link an onboarding to a user (For example from an invitation)
