What is the calendar?
The calendar shows all your appointments in a clear 7-day overview, from Monday to Sunday. It automatically displays both your Track sessions and events from any connected external calendars (like Google Calendar or Outlook).
You don’t need to add anything manually—once a Track session is scheduled or your external calendar is connected, your appointments will automatically appear in the calendar.
Track sessions are shown in blue, while external events appear in white. This makes it easy to distinguish between coaching-related and external events at a glance. What you see in the calendar depends on your workspace permissions and your role within each Track.
What can you do in the calendar?
You can:
View your current week
Navigate between weeks using the arrows in the top right
Jump to a specific date using the date selector
Open Track sessions directly by clicking on them
Search or filter your appointments
Searching in the calendar
Use the search bar at the top to quickly find specific appointments. You can search by:
Session title
Track title
Participant name
Search results appear instantly in the calendar. Only events you’re allowed to access and that match your search term will be shown.
Filtering by event type
You can choose which types of events to display:
Track (coaching) sessions only
External calendar events only
Events from a specific external calendar (if you've connected more than one)
