Add a Form to a Track

Add the Forms app to the Track (if it’s not already there).

Click Forms in the left-hand menu.

At the bottom, click Add Form.

A pop-up will appear with available forms. Choose one from the Team Forms or Your Forms tab.

The selected form will now appear in the sidebar under the Forms app.

Click the three dots next to the form and choose Share in Track to post it in the chat.

Click the plus icon (+) in the bottom-left corner of the chat window.

Choose Forms from the menu.

Select the form you want to add.

The form will automatically be shared in the chat as a card, including a button to start a new submission.
