Where to find all sent documents

Want to quickly see which photos, videos, and documents were shared in a Track? No need to click through everything manually. Each Track includes a centralized overview of all files sent or received by you or your customers.

Where to find the shared documents overview

  1. Log in to your Trackler account

  2. Go to your dashboard and open the relevant Track

  3. Click on Track Settings > Shared Documents

  4. You’ll now see a full overview of all files linked to this Track

At a glance, you can see:

  • Which photos and videos have been sent or received

  • Which documents have been shared

You can open or download any file directly from this view.
