An onboarding helps new users get started right away. You can add it manually through the settings of a Track, or have it linked automatically using a workflow.
Option 1: Manually
Go to the Track you want to add an onboarding to.
Open the Apps settings of the Track.
Enable the Onboarding app.
Select the onboarding you want to link.
The onboarding is now active for this Track and will be visible to the users connected to it.
Option 2: Automatically via a workflow
With a workflow, you can link the onboarding automatically at the right moment, for example when someone accepts a Track invitation.
Go to Workflows and create a new workflow.
Choose the trigger: Track invitation accepted
Add an action: Link onboarding to user
Select the onboarding you want to use.
Save the workflow and activate it.
As soon as a user accepts the invitation, the onboarding is automatically prepared for them.
Tip: The automatic option is especially useful when onboarding multiple users, so you don't have to intervene manually each time.
