Why can’t you delete a form?

Once a form has been submitted, it contains valuable participant data.

To prevent this data from being lost, forms with submissions:

  • cannot be deleted from the forms overview

  • cannot be permanently removed as long as submissions exist

What happens when a form has submissions?

As soon as a form has at least one submission:

  • the form remains visible in the overview

  • all submissions are محفوظ stored

  • deletion is blocked

This ensures that important information is always preserved.

What can you do instead?

Even though you cannot delete the form, you can:

  • Stop using the form

  • Archive the form (coming soon!)

  • Create a new form as a replacement

When can a form be deleted?

A form can only be deleted when:

  • there are no submissions

  • the form has not been used yet

Why is this important?

Forms often contain important data such as:

  • intake information

  • participant responses

  • progress data

By preventing deletion, this data remains safe and accessible.
