Appointments can be booked by your client in your agenda, using the Schedulers function. But you can also enter them yourself, for example if you have discussed a date and time during a session.
What are Appointments in Trackler?
In coaching you cannot escape agreements. Whether they take place online or face-to-face, there are contact moments. You record this in Appointments.
In your Track with a Trackee, you will find the 'Appointments' tab in the filter.
You can add these appointments in different ways.
Option 1: through the filter
Press the plus sign in the filter and create a new appointment.
Fill in the fields and choose whether or not to receive automatic reminders.
Once the appointment is created, it will be in the filter and will be visible to everyone in the Track, provided they click on the filter and Appointments.
Please note: your Trackee will not be notified of this!
Option 2: via the Track
To make a report, you still have to share the appointment in the Track itself.
Click + Add
Click on '+' to add an attachment
Click 'Appointment'
Create a new appointment or select the correct appointment and share it in the Track, with a message if desired.
Now everyone in the Track will be notified of this.
