Logging in to Trackler – your options
On the login page of Trackler, you can log in in different ways. Below you’ll find how each method works:
Login method | How does it work? | When is it useful? |
Email + OTP (one-time passcode) | You enter your email address and receive a unique code via email. You use that code to log in. | If you haven’t set a password yet or want to log in quickly without remembering one. |
Password (set later) | Step 1: Log in via email + OTP. Step 2: Go to your account settings to set a password. | For users who prefer to use a password in the long term. |
Step-by-step: Logging in via email + OTP
Go to the login page: https://tracklerpro.nl/login
Enter your email address in the designated field.
Click on “Continue with email.”
Open your email inbox. You’ll receive an email with a one-time login code (OTP).
Copy the code and paste or type it into the login page.
Click “Log in.”
Tip: Also check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see the email right away.
Setting a password (after OTP login)
If you prefer to log in with a password in the future, follow these steps:
After successfully logging in via OTP, go to your profile settings.
Choose the option “Change password.”
Enter a secure password (e.g. a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols).
Confirm the password.
From that moment, you can log in using email + password.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Is OTP more secure than a password?
OTP is often more secure because it’s valid only once. Even if someone sees the code, it’s likely already expired.
Can I always choose which method to use?
Once you’ve set a password, you can only log in using that password. In your account settings, you can deactivate this to switch back to logging in with email + OTP. You can always log in via Google.
What if I don’t receive the email code?
