What are Workflows (and how does the Butler help)?

Workflows let you define structured steps in your journeys. For each step, you choose whether it’s carried out by a workspace user or automatically by the digital Butler — giving you both flexibility and control.

What are Workflows?

Workflows help you bring structure to your Tracks. You can design a series of steps that match your way of working — like sending an intake form, starting a program, or scheduling a follow-up session.

For each step, you decide what happens — and who takes action.

Who performs the actions?

Each workflow step can be assigned to:

  • A workspace user – for example, you or a colleague who manually sends or reviews the step.

  • The digital Butler – your automated assistant who performs the action as soon as the set conditions are met.

This flexibility lets you automate where possible, while still keeping human control where it matters.

Why use Workflows?

Workflows are especially useful when you:

  • follow a consistent structure in your Tracks,

  • manage multiple journeys at once,

  • want to streamline repetitive tasks,

  • want to blend personal guidance with automation.

They help you save time, maintain oversight, and deliver a smooth experience — without losing the personal touch.
