Creating a Track
Create a new Track by clicking the “Create Track +” button at the top right of your Tracks overview.
You’ll see a form with the following options:
Track name — name your Track (e.g. “Coaching John”)
Advanced settings (optional but not necessary)
Assign tags — add one or more tags during setup
Who is the Track Leader? — assign a default leader to this Track. If you select a workspace user in this list, you will not be a Track Leader in this Track.
Once filled out, click Create Track to confirm.
Inside the Track: what you can do next
Once your Track is created, several features are available to manage and customize it:
1. Invite participants
You can invite people to join the Track — typically via an invitation or link — giving them access to the Track content.
2. Send a message via chat
Use the built-in chat area to send messages to participants in the Track directly.
3. Modify Track settings
Via the gear icon or settings menu, you can change:
Track name
Assigned tags
Track Leader
Visibility
Any specific access rules or settings
4. Add apps and widgets
You can enhance the Track by adding:
