Where can I find the Primary Track Leader?
You can set the Primary Track Leader in the Track settings. By default, the person who creates the Track is automatically assigned as the Primary Track Leader, but you can change this at any time.
How do I change the Primary Track Leader?
You can update the Primary Track Leader via the member list in the Track settings. Here’s how:
Open the Track you want to edit.
In the left-hand menu, click Members.
Find the person you want to assign as the new Primary Track Leader.
Click the three dots next to their name.
Select "Set as Primary Track Leader" from the dropdown menu.
The new Primary Track Leader will then display the label Primary next to their name.
Why is this important?
The Primary Track Leader plays a key role in workflows. If you want to send a message from a Track, but don’t yet know which coach or team member will handle it, you can have it sent from the Primary Track Leader by default.
Example scenario:
Imagine you’re working with multiple coaches in one workspace. When a new client starts a Track, it might not yet be clear who will guide them. By assigning a Primary Track Leader, you ensure messages can still be sent — without needing to pick a specific coach right away. Once it's decided who will take over, you can easily update the Primary Track Leader in the Track.
