Within Trackler you have the option to archive, unarchive and delete a Track.

Archive a Track

You archive a Track by clicking on the three dots next to a track and then selecting 'Archive Track'.

If you archive a Track, it will no longer count in your total number of active Tracks within your subscription, so you will have room for a new Track.

The benefits of archiving

  • Your Trackee can still access all notes, communications, forms, etc.

  • As a Workspace owner, you have extra space to create a new Track.

  • Your Trackee can (if you have room for this within your subscription) unarchive the Track again to contact us, for example to restart a journey.

Unarchive a Track

You can also remove an archived Track from the archive (if you have space for this within your subscription).

A Track can be removed from the archive by you and your coachee, and can therefore be reactivated.

Deleting a Track

You can also delete a track. You do this by going to the Track settings and delete the Track at the very bottom.

We do recommend that you export first, so that you can still find the information in your downloads on your computer.

Once deleted, always deleted. So be aware that you also have the option to archive. You can undo archiving, but you cannot undo deleting a Track.
