Moving to Trackler 2.0 (TracklerPro)

Trackler 2.0 is a completely new environment, designed to help you set up and run future journeys more efficiently. Your old environment is not migrated, and login credentials are different.

What does this mean for you?

Trackler 2.0 (also called TracklerPro) isn’t just an update — it’s a new platform with improved features, better flexibility, and smarter workflows.

Here’s what you need to know:

  • Your old Trackler 1.0 environment will not be migrated

  • You will receive new login details — your previous login won’t work

  • You’re starting fresh — old Tracks, Trackees, or data will not be carried over

  • Trackler 1.0 will remain available for closing out existing journeys

How to use both versions side by side?

  • Trackler 1.0 – Use this to finish your current journeys

  • Trackler 2.0 (TracklerPro) – Use this for new Tracks and to redesign your structure and processes

This keeps your old and new workflows clearly separated.

Forms

Existing forms from Trackler 1.0 are not carried over to TracklerPro automatically.
Would you like to keep certain forms in your new environment?

Simply send us a list of the forms you’d like to migrate.
We’ll make sure they are transferred within 48 hours.

Automations

Existing automations from Trackler 1.0 are not automatically transferred to TracklerPro workflows.
