Courses

Use courses to share structured learning content with Trackees. Courses consist of lessons, content, and quizzes, and can be organized into collections to create complete learning programs.

What are courses?

Courses in Trackler allow you to create structured learning content for participants in a Track.

A course can contain:

  • Lessons – the individual parts of the course

  • Content – text, video, or downloads

  • Quizzes – knowledge checks or reflection questions

Courses help you guide participants step-by-step through educational or coaching content.

Important: Activate the Courses app in a Track

Before courses can be used inside a Track, the Courses app must first be activated.

How to activate the Courses app

  1. Open a Track

  2. Click + Add App in the sidebar

  3. Enable Courses

Once enabled, courses can be added and used within that Track.

Making courses visible in a Track

Courses are not automatically shown to participants.

To organize and present courses to Trackees, you use Collections.

Collections allow you to:

  • bundle multiple courses into a learning path

  • control the order of courses

  • lock or unlock courses based on progress

  • automate access through workflows

For more information, see:

πŸ‘‰ Collections

Example: Structuring a learning program

You might structure a program like this:

Collection: Coaching Program

  1. Course: Introduction

  2. Course: Mindset Foundations

  3. Course: Practical Exercises

  4. Course: Reflection & Evaluation

By placing these courses in a collection, you create a clear learning path for participants.

Courses and automation

Courses can also interact with Workflows.

For example:

  • When a participant completes a course

  • When a lesson is finished

  • When a collection starts

A workflow can then automatically:

  • unlock the next course

  • assign a new collection

  • send a message via Butler

This allows you to create automated learning journeys.
