Adding content to a lesson

Add text, videos, files, or other explanations to a lesson to guide participants through the course.

Updated this week

Where do you add content?

Content is added inside a lesson within a course.

  1. Go to Courses

  2. Open the course you want to edit

  3. Open the lesson where you want to add content

Inside the lesson, you can add different types of content.

Adding content

Within a lesson, you can include different types of learning materials, such as:

  • Text – explanations or instructions

  • Video – for example recorded lessons or presentations

  • Downloads – files such as PDFs or worksheets

  • Links – references to external resources

This helps you guide participants step by step through the lesson.

Structuring lesson content

You can organize a lesson using multiple content blocks.

For example:

  1. Introduction to the topic

  2. Explanation or theory

  3. Video or demonstration

  4. Assignment or reflection

This keeps the lesson clear and easy to follow.

Editing lesson content

You can update lesson content at any time.

Within a lesson you can:

  • edit text

  • replace files

  • update videos

  • remove content blocks

This makes it easy to keep your course up to date.

Creating interactive lessons

In addition to content, you can also add quizzes to a lesson.

Quizzes help you:

  • test knowledge

  • ask reflection questions

  • increase participant engagement

Organizing courses with collections

Content and lessons together form a course.
To make courses visible to participants, you use Collections.

Collections determine:

  • which courses are visible

  • the order in which they appear

  • when participants gain access
