Scheduler: Duration & Settings

Define how long appointments last, how far in advance they can be booked, and in which time intervals available start times are shown. This allows you to control both the structure and flexibility of your booking page.

Where can you find these settings?

  1. Go to Meetings β†’ Schedulers

  2. Open an existing Scheduler or create a new one

  3. Click on Duration & Settings

Can plan until

Here you define how far appointments can be scheduled into the future.

You have three options:

  • Bookable until

Limit how many days ahead someone can book an appointment.
For example: a maximum of 30 days in advance.

  • Within days

Allow bookings only within a specific number of days from today.

  • Unlimited

There is no restriction. Appointments can be booked indefinitely into the future.

Start Date & End Date

When working with a fixed period, you can define:

  • Start date – from when clients can begin booking appointments

  • End date – until when clients can book appointments

This is useful for:

  • Temporary programs

  • Seasonal offers

  • Campaigns

  • Fixed-duration trajectories

Duration

Set the length of each appointment, for example:

  • 30 minutes

  • 60 minutes

  • 90 minutes

This duration is automatically applied to every booking made through this Scheduler.

Start time intervals

Define in which increments available start times are displayed.

For example:

  • 15 minutes

  • 30 minutes

  • 60 minutes

Example:
With 15-minute intervals and a 60-minute duration, appointments can start at 09:00, 09:15, 09:30, etc.

When should you adjust these settings?

  • When creating a new Scheduler

  • When changing service length

  • If you want to offer more or less flexibility

  • When working with limited or temporary availability
