Scheduler: Availability

Define on which days and at what times you are available for appointments. Set your weekly schedule and manage time slots per day to maintain full control over your bookable hours.

Where can you find these settings?

  1. Go to Meetings β†’ Schedulers

  2. Open an existing Scheduler or create a new one

  3. Click on Availability


Set Weekly Availability

For each day of the week, you can:

  • Turn the day on or off

  • Set a start and end time

  • Add multiple time blocks

Example:

Monday: 09:00 – 12:00
Monday: 13:00 – 17:00

This allows you to easily include breaks or make yourself available only at specific times.


Add Multiple Time Blocks

Want to offer availability at different times on the same day?

Click to add time and create an additional time block.

Useful when you:

  • Take a lunch break

  • Are available in the morning and evening only

  • Have split availability during the day


Time Zone

Always verify that the correct time zone is set.

This is especially important when working with:

  • International clients

  • Online appointments

  • Multiple locations

The time zone determines how your available times are displayed to the person booking.


Ignore Availability

If you enable Ignore Availability:

  • All time slots will be shown as available

  • Your weekly schedule will be ignored

Only use this when you want to display full flexibility regardless of your standard schedule.


When should you adjust your availability?

  • When your working hours change

  • During holidays (combined with date exceptions)

  • For temporary availability changes

  • When reserving specific days for certain appointment types

Your weekly availability forms the foundation of your Scheduler. Date exceptions override this foundation for specific dates.
