The Discover library contains ready-made templates that help you set up your workspace. Whether you are looking for a form, want to automate a workflow, or need to set up an onboarding: you do not have to start from scratch.
You can access Discover via the menu on the left side of your workspace.
Apps
Under the Apps tab you find templates for forms, onboardings and programmes. You can filter by app type using the categories on the left, such as Forms, Onboarding or Programmes. You can also filter by category such as Intake, Reflection, Feedback or Team.
Click on a template to see a preview with a description, key benefits and an example of the content.
Click Install template to add it to your workspace. After installation the template can be found in the corresponding app, for example under Forms or Onboardings.
Workflows
Under the Workflows tab you find ready-made workflows that you can install directly. Each workflow includes a description of what it does and which apps or settings are required before you can activate it.
Click Install template to install the workflow. You are then taken directly to the workflow editor. Steps that still need to be configured are highlighted in orange, so you can see at a glance what needs to be set up before you can activate the workflow.
Installed workflows automatically receive the tag Discover, so you can easily find them among your other workflows.
If the workflow includes an onboarding or form, that will also be added to the corresponding app automatically.
Reports
Under the Reports tab you find report templates that give you insight into the progress of your Trackees or the activity within your workspace.
Adjusting and activating
After installation you can adjust everything before activating it. Workflows are paused by default and you activate them manually once you have set them up. Forms, onboardings and other templates are adjusted via the corresponding settings in your workspace.
