With the Profiles app you create coach profiles that are used in the matching platform and on landing pages. Before creating a profile, make sure the Profiles app is enabled in your workspace.
Enabling the Profiles app
If the Profiles app is not yet active in your workspace, enable it first via a Track:
Open a Track and click the + icon to add an app.
Choose Profiles from the list of available apps and click Enable.
After installation you will find the app under App settings > Profiles in your workspace settings.
Creating a new profile
Go to App settings > Profiles > Profiles.
Click New profile.
Creating a profile consists of four sections: Profile, Profile details, Settings and Availability.
Profile
Fill in the basic information here:
Upload a profile photo and optionally a banner.
Write a short introduction in the Hello, I am... field.
Fill in the first name and last name.
Profile details
Add the details here that can be filtered on in the matching platform, such as location, coach type or specialisation.
Click Add detail to link an existing profile detail to this profile.
Click Manage details to manage the available profile details for your workspace.
Profile details are set up in advance via App settings > Profiles > Profile details. Click Add detail there and give the detail a name, language and field type. The available field types are Text, Number, Yes/No, Selection and Tags.
Settings
Language determines in which language the profile is displayed depending on the language of the viewer.
Workspace user links the profile to a specific user. TracklerPro then knows which user to assign to Tracks when someone selects this profile.
Track invitation determines which open invitation link is used to start a Track from this profile.
Availability
Choose how the availability of this profile is displayed in the matching platform:
Available the profile is always shown as available.
Not available the profile is not shown as available.
Smart availability is automatically determined based on the calendar of the linked user. Under Sensitivity you choose how strictly availability is assessed, by default this is set to Normal.
Click Save to save the profile.

Can I create multiple profiles per user?
Yes, a user can have multiple profiles. Each profile can have a different focus, for example for different target audiences or services.Where are profile details managed?
Profile details are managed workspace-wide via App settings > Profiles > Profile details. All details you create there are available for all profiles in the workspace.What is the difference between Available and Smart?
