By connecting your Google Calendar, you can use all apps in Trackler that require a calendar connection. The most popular one is the Meetings app: Trackees can book appointments directly in your calendar using the scheduler.
The Google Calendar integration is a private integration. Only you can see and use this connection.
Connecting Google Calendar
Go to Settings > Integrations.
Under Add new integration, click Google Calendar in the Calendar section.
Click Connect. A Google sign-in screen opens.
Select the Google account whose calendar you want to connect.
On the Sign in to Trackler screen, check that the correct account is selected and click Continue.
Google asks whether Trackler may access your calendars. Make sure the calendar access checkbox is ticked and click Continue.
You are taken back to Trackler. The Google Calendar settings page shows who enabled the integration and when.
Choosing which calendars to sync
Under Sync calendars you see all calendars in your Google account. Tick the calendars you want to sync with Trackler. Your changes are saved immediately and you will see the message Settings updated successfully.
Setting a primary calendar
Have you connected more than one calendar, for example Google Calendar and Microsoft Calendar? The primary calendar determines where new appointments from Trackler are created. New calendar events are only added to the default calendar of the primary integration.
Turn on the Primary calendar toggle to make Google Calendar primary.
The integration then gets the Primary label.
Want to make another integration primary later? Open that calendar integration and turn on Primary calendar there.
Disconnecting
Go to Settings > Integrations, open Google Calendar and click Disconnect.
